| RETURN POLICY Our products are unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase (excluding patterns and software) please return it for a full refund. We would appreciate an email stating your reason, so that we might avoid a similar error in the future. All fabrics and laces are sold in quarter yard units, although they are cut as whole. Please remember to order accordingly. SHIPPING RATES (new policy for Parcel Post orders)* Our shipping rates are calculated after your order is submitted and prepared for shipping. We charge only for actual cost of shipping, using USPS Priority or Parcel Post for Domestic orders and Global Priority for International orders where available. *A small handling fee (not exceeding $ .79) may be applied to Parcel Post orders effective 7/28/06. All in-country taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.
